R2 is a private Development & Property Investment company that specialises in the acquisition and delivery of exceptional residential and mixed use projects.

Founded in 2014 by Chartered Surveyors Richard Wilson & Robert Wilson, R2 is a company with a significant family heritage and is backed by a dynamic professional team with offices in London and the Midlands.

R2 specialises in Property Development in all its forms including Housebuilding, Strategic Land and Mixed Use developments.

R2 is part of the Wilson Family group of companies, which has a long history in Development. David Wilson Homes – sold to Barratt Developments in 2007 – was started originally in 1960 in Leicestershire by David Wilson and his father Albert Wilson (Richard & Robert’s father and grandfather).

A number of other companies were also formed over the next decade including R2 Developments, Wilson Enterprises & Western Range. David Wilson remains chairman of all of them.
